This project involved site and civil construction services for the renovation of Fishers Island School, located on Fishers Island off the coast of New York. Work included demolition of a portion of the existing building foundation, removal of foundation materials, and regrading and leveling of the site. The project also included construction of a new concrete courtyard, excavation and concrete work for a new front entrance canopy, installation of concrete piers and flatwork, and associated landscaping improvements, enhancing the school’s accessibility and outdoor spaces.
