Our team played a key role in the construction of the new boat museum in CT. This project consisted of the construction of the Mystic River Boathouse Park, a waterfront redevelopment project providing public access, recreational facilities, and amenities along the Mystic River. Work included construction of the new Hart Perry Boathouse, featuring boat storage bays, along with construction of the second-floor Jim Dietz Rowing Center, a 4,500-square-foot training facility. The project also included associated site development, waterfront improvements, docking systems, roofing, utilities, drainage, paving, and landscape enhancements. Upon completion, the facility will support the Stonington High School rowing program, community rowing, public shoreline access, and educational programming while transforming a previously inaccessible waterfront property into a vibrant community asset.
