This project consisted of the complete reconstruction of an existing Chelsea Groton Bank facility to improve site functionality, circulation, and infrastructure. Work included construction of new parking areas and drive-through lanes, installation of drainage systems, water and utility connections, and building roof drainage infrastructure. The project also included installation of new concrete sidewalks and roadway sight-line improvements to enhance accessibility, traffic flow, and overall site safety.
